His experience includes senior positions in business (Hess Energy Trading Company, Phillips Petroleum), publishing (ex-CEO of Energy Intelligence Group), government (head of energy US Department of State), research (Council on Foreign Relations) and academia (Princeton, Columbia, John Hopkins universities).

Jason Feer is Senior Vice President and General Manager – Asia-Pacific for Argus Media. He has worked in the global energy business for nearly 20 years as a corporate executive, consultant and journalist. His specialties include energy markets, project development and the politics of oil in Latin America, Asia and Europe. He began working with Argus in 2000 as a consultant and came on board full time two years later as Washington Bureau Chief. He took over Argus’ Asia-Pacific operations in May 2004. Before joining Argus, he was founder and President of Target Research, a Washington-DC based consultancy focusing on Latin American energy markets and oil project development and foreign investment. He is also a frequent commentator on oil affairs for CNBC, the BBC and other television and radio outlets.

Mr. Gati Al-Jebouri is LITASCO’s (LUKOIL International Trading and Supply Company) Chief Executive Officer. LITASCO is incorporated in Switzerland and it is the exclusive international marketing and trading arm of the LUKOIL Group.Mr. Al-Jebouri was born on February 11, 1969, in Pleven, Bulgaria. Graduated from Bristol University, he continued his education in the largest professional accountancy body in Europe – ICAEW. He started his career with KPMG UK, as Audit Manager and 4 years later he joined the KPMG team in Bulgaria as Head of Audit and Accounting. LUKOIL Europe Ltd. located in London invited Mr. Al-Jebouri to take over the post of Director Investments and Finance in 1998. After 3 years of intensive work on various investment projects, he left the company in 2001 to assume the responsibility of Deputy Minister of Energy’s in Bulgaria and subsequently was appointed to the post of Bulgaria’s First Deputy Minister of Finance. In October 2003, Mr. Al-Jebouri took up the post of Chief Financial Officer of LITASCO and 2 years later, in June 2005, was appointed Chief Executive Officer of LITASCO.

is the Vice President, AsiaClear, Clearing and Commodities Business since 2005. As a pioneer team member of AsiaClear, Mr Ng is responsible for product development, management and distribution of over-the-counter (OTC) contracts for clearing. In particular, he works closely with the freight, energy and commodity market participants globally to promote SGX as the central counterparty for OTC clearing in Asia. Mr Ng joined SGX in July 2001 and held various positions in Intermediaries and Derivatives Marketing units. Mr Ng has more than 12 years of relevant experience in the derivatives market covering financials, commodities and shipping derivatives.

Steve Hughes, President and CEO, has contributed to the success of many software companies and immediately prior to joining Aspect Enterprise Solutions, he was CEO of Carnegie Information Systems, a provider of highly customizable CRM software solutions. Prior to Carnegie, Steve was the Vice President of International Operations of Europe for YOUcentric, which was purchased by J D Edwards (since acquired by Peoplesoft, now Oracle). At YOUcentric, along with building the company's operations from scratch in the UK and Europe, he participated in the company's IPO, merger and acquisitions activities. He gained significant exposure to the process, and built relationships within both the software and investment community that he has sustained and strengthened since.  Steve has also built relationships and business partnerships with key executives within CGEY, PWC and others. Prior to YOUcentric, Steve served on the management teams at POINT Informations Systems, Seer Technologies and Legent Corporation.

Michael Proulx
has 20 years of financial markets/banking experience that began in Futures trading/broking in Calgary in 1989, where he co-headed a Risk Management/Hedge desk for energy and financial markets clients. He spent the next 10 years at CIBC, progressing to Director, Debt Capital Markets, where he was the Asian rgional bond trader based in Singapore, as well as holding regional coverage duties for Thailand, Malaysia and India. Broker, analyst and media representation roles at Prebon Yamane and HSBC Futures, both in Singapore, further developed his international, cross functional market and product credentials. He is an entrepreneurial individual with solid integrated capital, commodity and derivatives market trading and sales (exchange and OTC) experience.
