Cancellations
For conference registration, a 50% refund will be issued for written cancellation received before 1st Aug 2008. No refunds will be made after the deadline. However, substitution/s may be effected at any time with the written permission of the original registrant. There will be no refunds for "no show" registrants.

Hotel Bookings
We will be pleased to arrange for your hotel accommodation at the official/conference hotels, Swissotel The Stamford & the Raffles The Plaza hotel. If you require hotel accommodation at these hotels, please complete the section on the enquiry form and forward it back to us. Please note that all room reservations will be levied with a S$40.00 administrative fee per room reserved. This fee is in addition to the hotel room charges to be charged. This administrative charge is a fixed fee (i.e. per room only) irregardless of the number of room nights reserved.

For all interconnecting rooms (formerly known as one or two bedroom suites) situated on the upper floors of the hotels, there will be an administrative fee of S$200.00 levied per room reserved. This is also a fixed fee i.e. irregardless of the number of room nights reserved and is in addition to the hotel room rates to be charged.

All room bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate one-night non refundable room deposit and the administrative fee made payable to Ace Conferences & Events Pte Ltd. All rooms reserved must be accompanied by the credit card details of an appropriate representative from the organisation . Acceptance and confirmation is on a first-come-first served basis and subject to availability. Full payment to confirm all room/s reserved has to be effected by 30 th June 2008. The organizer reserves the right to release all rooms reserved priorly if payment is not received or if a room guarantee is not provided by the deadline set. The one night room deposit paid earlier will also be forfeited.

Bank Administrative / Service Charges

For any registrant effecting payment via the banking telegraphic transfer method, please be informed that any charges levied by the banks for administrative purposes must be absorbed by the registrant. The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration that does not effect the payment in full or to bill the registrant for the difference.

VISA Regulations
Nationals of some countries will require a Visa to enter Singapore. If you are not sure, please check with your local immigration authority or the nearest Singapore mission in your country.
