Cancellations
For conference registration, a 50% refund will be issued for written cancellation received before 31st August 2010. No refunds will be made after the deadline. However, substitution/s may be effected at any time with the written permission of the original registrant. There will be no refunds for "no show" registrants.

Hotel Bookings
We will be pleased to arrange for your hotel accommodation at the official/conference hotels, Swissotel The Stamford & the Raffles The Plaza hotel. If you require hotel accommodation at these hotels, please complete the section on the enquiry form and forward it back to us. Please note that all room reservations will be levied with a S$40.00 non-refundable administrative fee per room reserved. This fee is in addition to the hotel room charges to be charged. This administrative charge is a fixed fee (i.e. per room only) irregardless of the number of room nights reserved.

For all interconnecting rooms situated on the upper floors of the hotels, there will be a non-refundable administrative fee of S$200.00 levied per room reserved. This is also a fixed fee i.e. irregardless of the number of room nights reserved and is in addition to the hotel room rates to be charged.

All room bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate non-refundable room administrative fee made payable to Ace Conferences & Events Pte Ltd. All room nights reserved must be guaranteed and accompanied by the credit card details of an appropriate representative from the organisation . Acceptance and confirmation is on a first-come-first served basis and subject to availability. Confirmation of all room reservation/s and number of nights booked have to be effected by 11^th August 2010. The organizer reserves the right to release all rooms reserved priorly if all the related payment is not received by the due date or if a room guarantee (subject to the organsers and hotels’ approval) is not provided by the deadline highlighted.

Room Cancellations
All rooms cancellation will be imposed with a one room night cancellation charge if the organiser or hotel is informed on or before 11th August 2010. Full room/s charges will be imposed for cancellations received after 11^th August 2010.

Bank Administrative / Service Charges

For any conference registrant effecting payment via the banking telegraphic transfer method, please be informed that any charges levied by the banks for administrative purposes must be absorbed by the registrant. The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration that does not effect the payment in full or to bill the registrant for the outstanding difference.
