Hotel room reservation: Please note that industry participants need not register for any of the conference/s to reserve a hotel room in the official hotels. However, you will need to fill in all the requested details in the "Registration Section" before being able to proceed to the Hotel Room Reservation page i.e. do not click on the conference fees portion. All rooms requested are based on an availability basis and will only be considered contracted after a confirmation letter has been received from the event organiser, Ace Conferences & Events Pte Ltd.

IMPORTANT: Payment for the respective conference fees can be effected via bank draft, cheque, telegraphic transfer or credit card. For credit card payment, this mode of payment will be effected via Paypal. All registrants wishing to use this form of payment i.e. credit card payment via Paypal, will need to log into the Paypal system, complete the payment process.You must register to be a PayPal member to utilise this payment process i.e. using credit card. PayPal membership registration is free. Please ensure that the correct amount (for the respective conference fees) is specified. Once Paypal has confirmed receipt of payment, please forward a copy of the receipt statement via email or fax to Ace Conferences & Events Pte Ltd for verification and record purposes.
